Its Lord Murugan's day! (Panguni)

Well, yep yep, got up really early in the morning, say about 5 am. Helped Mum and Dad with the prepartions and off we went to the Sri Balasubramaniam Temple, locate near the yishun industrial park for those who not know. Hehe.

Me, my mum and sister were uniformly in yellow today. Yellow holy colour you know? Two of my aunts and my cousins were there too. All of us were carrying milk pots except for my cousin brother. He was carry two baby sized milk pots being hung on the kavadi, which is a small one where it does not involve piercing the body area.

The walk was not exactly that long compared to Thaipusam(another lord murugan's day). It was infact extremely short. It took us less then 15 minutes to reach from where we were located originally to the temple.

Man it felt good to see my milk pot going to the statue of Lord Murugan and letting me see the milk flowing from the pot onto him, the almighty one. Tranquil is the word that I felt after today's event.

When my family got home, man we were starving! We were not suppose to take breakfast until you clear the walk. Thank God Mum brought back breakfast for us. After breakfast. K.O!(knockout). Short while only. Hehe.

I am just waiting for the 3rd day so that I could at least smell some meat. Hehe!
