January 29 2006
This was the day that my cousins and I planned to go to Gotham Penthouse. I left at about 7.30 to go to my cousin's place to put my clothes there as I was planning to stay over at their place so that I could do their pedicures the next day.
We met the other cousins at Yishun Mrt and headed to Clarke Quay. So total were 5 of us. So Far so Good? Hehe...
When we reached Clarke Quay, we contacted another cousin of ours and he was already approaching Clarke Quay. By then, we reached Gotham Penthouse and wanted to check the cover for the night. One's thats done, we left the place to look for our cousin brother.
While looking for him, one of my cousins suddenly talked about Ministry Of Sound (MOS). Then we were wondering how would the queue be over there cos we heard that the queue there is SUPER long. So we just checked to see. We discussed and came to a conclusion. If less queue, enter. Long queue, forget it!
When we reached to our discussed destination, our eyes almost popped out. NO QUEUE!!! We saw our cousin brother and we like pointing at MOS. Well, no other suggestions, WE ENTERED MOS!!!
This is how I looked for Gotham actually, but somehow matched the atmosphere for MOS...ok back to the story..
Cover was $20 and $25 for women and men respectively. Well, kinda ex but worth the night! Seriously!!! Hehe..Well MOS has about 4 to 5 rooms. We checked out the RnB room known as Smoove and BOy tHAt RoOm RoCkeD!!! Graffitti all over, caged dance floor, cool DJs and of cos, good bar...Hehe..We rocked most our night there. Later we checked out the toilets and man the toilets were superfabulous!!! White and Pinkish red lightings. Me and my cousins were just snapping pics at almost every angle. Hehe. Cool toilet with cool seats!

Ok we were attempting to do a seductive pose...erm...I guess we failed...Cos they look super happy and I look like some sick looking donkey...sticking out the tongue...Hehe!!!
From there, we checked out the other rooms like the main event room, the white room and the Retro room. The retro room was super retro!!! Disco lighting Dance floor really discofied the area. And we happen to meet my cousin brother's friend there. We caught a few "timers" dancing to their old Retro songs. They danced damn old school man. Hehe.
After that we slacked at the white room. Had our second drink then. We got a table and we started discussing on where to go after that.

Suddenly the thought of going to Gotham Penthouse struck me. I just suggested and the whole clan agreed!!! So we left MOS and headed back to Gotham Penthouse.
Once reached Gotham Penthouse, we proudly wanted to pay the cover. But before we could do that, the bouncer wanted to check our IDs. I was proudly taking mine out until one of my cousins shouted, "SHIT I FORGOT TO BRING MY ID LA!!!". BiG BuMMeR!!! All of us were like, no comments anyway. We were like pleading the bouncer to go in but No means No. Haiz. Well we had plan B though. We went to Crazy Elephant to slack. But since things weren't that fantastic there, we headed to Cafe Iguana.
At Cafe Iguana, we had some drinks and woah they were good drinks. Two Tequila Shots for all the ladies!!! My cousin didn't drink as he said he will puke. He had beer instead. Later we met up with two of my cousin brother's friends and one of them was so sweet to send us back home. Thanks Raj!!! I think thats his name. Right Atta?
Hehe..In the car, Raj was playing some Hindi song that I never hear before but found it kinda catchy. My cousins were enjoying the song and singing the chorus of it. Man they were funny. All of us were laughing. Hehe.
Got back at 5 am, headed for the bed and before I dozed off, my cute cousin was tell me goodnite at installments. Almost 3 three times she told me goodnite before I could sleep. Hehe. Adorable. But am missing her now as she's in Australia now doing her VET course. SANDY BABE!! WE LOVE YOU DEAR!!!
The very next day, I was doing pedicures for my cousins and their mum. Oh, I did a manicure for their mum too. Had tea and left for a chinese new year dinner. I received alot of red packets man. But that doesn't mean that I am rich ok. Hehe.
Headed home with my aunt at about 11pm. Watched some TV and knocked out on my beautiful soft matress...Felt as if I was in heaven sleeping.
