Hey peeps..today's one about Australia will be about the visit to the telstra tower black mountain which is located in Canberra...
That's me in my favourite shades...hehe bought them in Bugis for $10!!But before the whole gang actually headed to the tower, we headed to a cake shop to order a cake for my cousin's engagement ceremony...OKkkkk...now u guys mite be wondering why on earth is an engagement being spoken here where I am suppose to be like so called only talking about places visited in Australia..Well, actually the main reason I was in Australia for 3 weeks is bacause, my cousin bro is getting engaged and I went there to represent my family because my folks at home couldn't take leave to come for the engagement..Ok that's the reasoning. No further questions! :P
Obvious sign board rite??So we went to this cake shop and checked out the cakes to see which one would be nice for the occasion..but instead of paying attention to what they were doing, my eyes were glued to other things in the shop.. what else??? BAKED CAKES!!!!
Me at the counter..
looking at these darlings...hehehe...Once the couple decided that they ain't getting the cake there itself, we all ordered something to munch, some cakish delights I would say..Some had just a beverage like a hot choco or tea..I had a brownie and it was Heavenly delicious!!! Oh I had a smooth nice hot choco too...
Yummy!
Later on, we headed to the shopping mall nearby to get some stuff and headed to another place where my cousin was recommended us to try...It was a donut shop..Ain't no ordinary donut shop, but seriously, the donuts were really flaky and nice...
That's the donut shop!!!
Ok one donut went missing there and it's because of my cousin brother, I THINK!
Oh yeah, they had ice cream too and it was really yummy!
OK people, the real thing is here...we went to the black mountain and really loved the feel there...the scenery from the top, the wind, the cold wind,....seriously, the cold wind...too strong till u should check my hair out..
Telstra Tower Black Mountain
The view from the top...
Now do you guys believe me about the wind????
That was one really good experience I had. Later in the evening, we headed to a turkish restaurant for dinner...well seriously, the layout and concept of the place was beautiful...but it was really costly i should say..too bad i couldnt take pics of the place well enough..but hey, I still enjoyed my day with my relatives...
